African American Social Group welcomes new homeowners

In July members of the African American social group enjoyed an evening of dinner and conversation at the home of Dr. Rev. Gerald and Brenda Jones. “Getting to know new neighbors at Robson Ranch” was the theme as we met John and Celia Hall. Other neighbors who joined the get-together were Mary McGuire, Hope Haywood, Roz and Clark Culpepper, Eleanor Johnson, María Richardson, Lettye and Nathan Albert, John Taylor, Margaret Browning and Marie Milleage.

Unable to attend the dinner due to vacations and other commitments were Harold and Martha Harrell, Maitland Dade, Trinka Taylor, Raymond and Yvonne Stewart, Barbara Spriggs, Laura and Paula Richardson, Carol Wilson, Larry and Pat Lewis and the Pettigrews.

The social group invites all black residents to join with us as we meet to welcome new homeowners and enjoy dinner, fellowship, conversation and outside activities. Only one member of the family needs to be black. We hold gatherings at a resident’s home, in a restaurant, or at another venue. We are not a club, religious or political organization and do not charge fees. For additional information about joining us, please contact Marie Milleage at [email protected].
