Library volunteers enjoy lunch and holiday decorations at the Wildhorse Grill.

Library volunteers met at the Grill to ring in the holidays, enjoy a Christmas lunch and donate children’s books to local school libraries. The idea for a holiday lunch began with one volunteer and ended with 28 volunteers at the first Robson Ranch Library Volunteer Holiday party.

Cathie Rod, a library volunteer, coordinated luncheon details. Library coordinator Linda Terry recognized 2016 volunteers with certificates for dedicated service and introduced new Library Board members. Attendees met Robson resident and author Liz Lipperman who has a new book coming out mid-December. A big thanks to the Robson Sales Office for supporting the event. The library is a regular stop on sales tours!

Volunteers are now planning a spring picnic to introduce others to library volunteering.
