The Robson Ranch Table Tennis Club is happy to announce the approval of Jimmy Taylor as a Certified ITTF Table Tennis Instructor. Jimmy plans on offering both individual and/or group table tennis lessons for all ages (grandchildren over 18 are welcome). All lessons can be adjusted for students at beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level instruction and techniques. Lessons include practical skills instruction and some practice repetition using a ping pong robot/ball machine. Group lesson requires three players as the minimum number of students. Drop by one of the club’s play sessions (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 2:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to noon) and an experienced club player will be happy to help you meet other club players and get you started playing Table Tennis on a regular basis.
Newsflash: The “Arlene Pfeil – Jim Gregg Summer Open” is under way. A doubles tournament, with a team playing a match against another team each Wednesday during normal play time. The tournament begins July 11 and is expected to last 6-8 weeks. Come out and cheer your favorite team to victory on each Wednesday.
