Residents of Robson Ranch love their bingo. The February 22 Bingo Blast was hugely successful. Over 150 people sloshed through the rain to enjoy a fun afternoon. At least there wasn’t any sleet or snow. But even that would not have discouraged players from the chance to win one of the big prizes. We gave away over $1,500, and everyone had a blast.
The fun and the chance to win big continue on April 19.
Bingo is a major fundraiser for the Kiwanis of Robson Ranch, providing funds for various community projects supporting the youth of greater Denton. The event is professionally run but is supported by numerous Kiwanis volunteers under the leadership of Mike Weaver. Kiwanians help hand out tickets, set up, tear down and generally meet and greet all those who participate.
