Robson Ranch achieved another record year in sales since the downturn of the housing market in 2006.
Our newest home design at Robson Ranch is the Aubrey. At 2,563 sq. ft., the Aubrey features a master suite, bedroom 2 suite, great room, den, two-car garage and golf cart garage. With optional upgrades such as a bedroom 3 suite, outdoor living spaces or an attached casita, the possibilities of this home are endless. We will soon break ground on the new Aubrey model in the Model Village.
The new Highland model is nearing completion while the finishing touches are being put into the interior decorating. Keep an eye out for the new model.
The $2.5 million dollar expansion of the Grill is well underway. Expansion plans include a new dining room, centralized bar, extended patios, expanded kitchen and covered BBQ area. The Grill now has completed roofing over all of the newly built areas, and construction on the gorgeous gazebo has begun. Anticipated completion of the Grill is late spring.
Unit 2-4 is now paved and drivable. Future homeowners will have their pick of gorgeous new home sites. With homes already under construction, this brand new neighborhood is the perfect place to build the home of your dreams.
