On the first Friday in September, the temperature may have been hot, but that did not stop a record number of new Baby Boomers from coming out to the Grill. In fact, Margaret O’Neill, Commander in Chief of the Boomers, had a hard time finding chairs for everyone that came out. Even with a record number of people in the Grill bar, the staff was as usual up to the task. New Boomers included Rick and Judy Gaskin, Bob and Suzanne Horne, Greg and Connie Metzler, Bob and Lucy Drenka, John and Denise Gauthier, and Nap and Kathy Bryan. There was certainly a lot of great friendship, adult beverages, and laughter during the evening get together. No dues, no sign up, no speakers, just grab a beverage or a meal and meet some new friends!
