Over the years we at Robson Ranch have enjoyed the fabulous relationship with UNT in many ways, including the musical artistry of the many UNT students from the school of music who have performed here at Robson Ranch. Their performances have touched us in ever so many ways and their professionalism is profound.
Each year they provide outstanding concerts at Robson and on campus while ingraining thoughtful informative stories which warm our hearts.
We believe it’s our turn to start giving back!
In appreciation of their gift to us, several Robson Ranch residents have formed a Robson Ranch UNT Music scholarship fund to help provide deserving students with financial assistance toward their music studies.
We call ourselves the Robson Ranch UNT Music Scholarship Club and will be announcing various events over the coming months to help build our annual donations, which will be provided directly to the UNT College of Music.
The club’s objective will be to provide multiple awards of $1000 each calendar year. In years when those scholarship(s) are awarded to out-of-state students, they can enroll at in-state tuition rates (reducing tuition and fees by about $12,000).
This will essentially provide out-of-state students the in-state equivalent tuition.
In the near future we will be announcing a schedule of events, activities and tours designed to provide insight into our annual campaign and seek your assistance and support for these outstanding students and enable us to give back for all they have given to us.
