Rockin’ Red Ranch (RRR) ladies dressed for the theater and viewed a sold-out Cats performance at Denton Community Theater. Fortified with treat bags from hostesses Janice Forthman, Arlene Stotts, and Martha Shoemaker, RRR members applauded an amazing performance by local Denton actors slinking around as cats on the Denton community stage. The singing was incredible. UNT music department contributed a number of wonderful voices. The feline makeup and outfits really made the show! Who knew airbrushing leotards could make such realistic cat outfits? Even in our second-row seats right by the stage, the outfits and makeup were perfect from Siamese to alley cat! At one point in the show, there were 30 different felines, counting seven adorable kittens, prowling around on stage. Photography was prohibited at the show, so you’ll have to use your imagination!
