The Rockin’ Red Ranchers went on a Hoot sponsored by Carol Solow to the Argyle Yogurt Station. This is a great place to get a sweet fix. They have a lot of different yogurt flavors, hot fudge sauce and a variety of candy and nut toppings. My personal favorite was the combination of dark chocolate and sea salt pretzel. The building is small but all 20 Rockin’ Red Ranchers crowded inside for standing-room only and had a great time. This was the perfect way to spend the afternoon having a mid-day snack.

On October 19 the Rockin’ Red Ranchers attended a Wine Tasting Event at Grapes to Wine in Bartonville. Grapes to Wine is a family owned and operated wine boutique offering a broad selection of wines from all around the world. They have an amazing outdoor patio perfect for fall tastings.

After wine tasting we went across the square to have dinner at Palermo’s Italian Café. It is one of Denton County’s best Italian Restaurants; they serve lunch and dinner. The hostesses for this event were Phyllis Ayers, Betty Gardner, Linda Terry, Mala Bowdouris and Nanci Zipes.
