Come discover what rubber stamping is all about and create a greeting card for someone special. You’ll learn the basics as well as new techniques and tips for paper crafting and rubber stamping. Although primarily a card club, we do create other items such as decorated note pads, gift bags, tags and much, much more! Beginners and experienced stampers are welcome.

We welcomed visitor Claudia Welton to our January meeting. At the end of the meeting Claudia indicated that she had a wonderful time and loved the valentine project that we completed in class.

Our monthly meeting is the third Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room 104, Bluebonnet Room, in the Creative Arts & Technology Building. Each stamper leaves the meeting with a completed greeting card or other paper project. Members have the opportunity to bring a pre-designated themed card to each meeting for judging. The winner receives a much coveted gift card. January’s winner is Suzanne Cote who submitted the winning Valentine Card. Congratulations to Suzanne for a card that included many different techniques.

The next Sassy Stamper meeting is February 21, and St. Patrick’s Day is the theme.

Guests are welcome, and the charge is $3 to cover the cost of supplies.

Annual dues are $15 per year.
