Hope everyone had a good Jewish New Year, 5776, with the celebration of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Our September hosts were Joyce and Stan Brien, and 24 attendees brought several Jewish dishes and enjoyed visiting with one another.
October 11 hosts will be Nanci and Dan Zipes.
November 8 hosts will be Ilene and Jerry Schlesinger.
December 13 will be hosted by Carol and Jay Solow with a celebration of Hanukkah.
As a reminder, only one person of a couple needs to be Jewish. We are strictly a social group not a religious group, but we do adhere to our traditions and recognize most of the Jewish holidays as well as enjoying Jewish foods and customs.
Singles are more than welcome. We have no dues, only a dish is suggested for all to sample.
