Robson Ranch Women’s Club was feted with a real treat at the March lunch with a presentation called “Fashion Passion” presented by Dana Young who is owner of Le Fashion Coach Boutique in Grapevine.

The motto of this very interesting boutique is “Current and Comfortable,” and that’s exactly what it brought to a sellout crowd of Robson Ranch women. The raised runway prepared by Robson Ranch for the show included white lights along the perimeter allowing the attendees a perfect view of the models and their clothes. Twelve of our members modeled two outfits each, and we learned that the current trend in spring and summer styles is bright colors and rather skinny pants. Also popular is Hi low cut tunics in coordinating colors. Ms. Young’s Boutique featured a statement piece of custom-made jewelry or a colorful scarf with each outfit, which added to their appeal.

The women of Robson Ranch donated $375 in cash and 12 pounds of canned food to its designated charity of the month, the Denton Community Food Bank. At the March meeting the Robson Ranch Women’s Club’s membership reached 366. Please remember to pay your membership dues of $15 for 2016. And save these dates: June 11, “A Night To Remember” featuring a wine and cheese evening with artwork for purchase; a social mixer on June 15 and our annual Christmas Market on October 8.
