Each year an election is held for a Robson Ranch resident to be a member of our HOA Board of Directors. The 2017 election results will be announced at the HOA annual meeting on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
However, the nomination process begins long before that date. Self-nomination packets will be available from the HOA office in the Clubhouse beginning September 8, 2017 and need to be completed and returned to the HOA office by 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2017.
This year the Election Committee will hold our Meet the Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. The ballots will be mailed to each homeowner residence of record on October 20. This will give everyone an opportunity to hear the candidates speak before voting actually begins. Completed ballots are due at the HOA office no later than November 3.
One of our two existing elected resident board members has a term expiring at the end of 2017. This gives you an opportunity to volunteer your time in service to our HOA and share the fiduciary and governing responsibilities. Think it over; if you decide to become involved turn your packet in by Friday, October 6, 2017.
