Please mark your calendars for October 17 at 5:30 p.m. for the annual Club Scheduling Meeting in the Lone Star Room.
At this meeting we will go over the rules of scheduling rooms and events. I will be able to answer any questions you may have and after the meeting, you may start giving me your Facility Use Forms for 2019 bookings at the clubhouse, Wildhorse Grill, CATC and ramada. At least one member from your club or organization should be present.
