Choir and good health

Dee Kurtz, Publicity

Doesn’t singing just make us feel better? It certainly lifts my spirits. There are those of us who sing publicly and those who sing in the shower or in the car. It doesn’t matter, just doing so gives us a positive. Studies have indicated that singing with a choir can actually achieve synchronized heart beats. It has also been noted that when we sing with a group of people we are happier about life and even depression can be lifted. We know for a fact that here at Robson Ranch choruses do enrich a community. Remember, one does not have to perform or play an instrument; just listening to music in general can be good for us. So next time you are alone and you belt out a song or turn up your music, you might just be acquiring some lifelong health benefits for yourself! The Robson Ranch Music Club invites you to visit our website at www.rrmusicclub.com for general information, photo galleries and audition inquires.
