Rehearsals have begun at the Campus Theatre for West Side Story. The Robson Ranch Music Club is excited to announce that our very own Dr. Ortega will be the musical director for the upcoming play this summer! It will be a wonderful opportunity to see him conduct this emotionally rich score with the music of Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Steven Sondheim. If you have never seen West Side Story live on stage you will be amazed. This is thought perhaps to be Mr. Bernstein’s most famous work. Since coming on board as musical director for the club, Mr. Ortega has inspired all of us with his talent and friendship. He is an asset to the community. Let’s show appreciation for Dr. Ortega and the Performing Arts of Denton by attending this production. See you there!
