On Wednesday, September 17, the RRWGA 18 holers hosted the Hoofs and Heels Invitational golf tournament. There were 80 golfers from seven different golf clubs in the Denton area. We were greeted by volunteers from the MGA who organized our golf carts, and we were then treated to doughnuts and coffee that were provided by David Thatcher, club pro at Robson Ranch. There were four golf flights and the winners were the following: first flight, first place, Alice Wright and Lyndle Motley; second place, Paula Bull and Linda Nelson; third place, Diane Bent and Pam Brozek.
