The reasons we play bingo vary from one player to the next. Maybe the bingo gene was inherited from a family member or maybe it was just something to do on a lazy day. Whatever the reason, Robson Ranchers came out in full force to the Kiwanis Bingo Blast held February 28.

Aside from the fun factor there’s unarguably the winning factor. The players come from all walks of life, and although they are all different they all have one thing in common—to shout out bingo! On this Sunday afternoon the winners cashed in for a total payout of over $1,500!

Not only did the players win, but also the Kiwanis Club won big too as a portion of all card sales goes to the club to help support its many community service projects. Bingo—it’s fun; it’s excitement; it’s winning!

Not a winner this time? Then mark your calendar for April 24 between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. for the next Bingo Blast! But you don’t have to wait until then to “win” by servicing your community. Visit the Kiwanis Club RR on the first and third Friday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Clubhouse. For more information contact Barbara Leurig at [email protected].
