Our newest home design at Robson Ranch is the Aubrey. At 2,563 sq. ft. the Aubrey features a master suite, bedroom 2 suite, great room, den, two-car garage and golf cart garage. With optional upgrades such as a bedroom 3 suite, outdoor living spaces or an attached casita, the possibilities of this home are endless. Construction has begun on the new Aubrey model in the Model Village. It is anticipated to be completed by early June.
The new Highland model is available for viewing at the Robson Ranch Model Village. At Robson Ranch Texas the multi-million dollar expansion of the Grill is nearing completion. The expansion plans include a new dining room, centralized bar with wrap-around seating for 16 along with additional table seating, extended patios, expanded kitchen, covered BBQ area and an event lawn with Gazebo. We look forward to the opening of the Grill sometime in June.
