Robson Ranch Holiday Party will be December 3, 2016 at the Robson Ranch Clubhouse. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.; dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the band 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The cost is $65 per person.
Course 1 – Salad: Mescaline Greens, Cherry Tomato, Parmigiano Reggiano, Toasted Walnuts, Sundried Cranberries, Sourdough Crouton, Apple Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Course 2 – Sliced Peppercorn Thyme Roasted Strip Loin with Carmenere Demi Glace, Cornish Game Hen with Cranberry Sage Butternut Squash, Duck Jus, Garlic Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes, Sautéed Broccolini
Course 3 – Bourbon Pecan Pie, Camp Fire Roasted Marshmallow, Cranberry Marmalade, Eggnog Cream Sauce
The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you a special Holiday Party. You’ll enjoy a three-course meal, and the Blue Hat Band will provide some great music to dance the night away. Tickets can be purchased at the activities coordinator’s office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting October 10.
