The Robson Ranch Holiday Party was a great success again this year. The tables were set for each course as it was delivered and beautifully decorated. The Wildhorse Grill staff did an excellent job from food prep to delivery of each course. Chef Aubrey really outdid himself from the sliced peppercorn thyme roasted strip loin and cranberry sage butternut squash stuffed Cornish game hen to the bourbon pecan pie with a campfire roasted marshmallow, cranberry marmalade, eggnog cream sauce. There were many positive comments about the entire evening, but all the residents and guests that attended help make it a special evening. The music was provided by Blue Hat Band, which started playing before dessert was served and kept residents on the floor dancing until the end of the night. Resident Carrie Bull joined the band for Proud Mary and did an excellent job playing the tambourine and singing along with the band.
