Robson Ranch Mentors volunteer weekly from October through the beginning of May. The mentors help kindergarten, first and second graders with reading and other school subjects. The end-of-year party took place at Borman Elementary on May 4, and Evers final day was May 17. The impact you can make on a child is endless. Great relationships are developed with the child, and most of the time you can work with the same child through 2nd grade or longer. You do not need to have a background in education. Evers mentoring is on Wednesday and Borman is on Thursday.

If you want to make a difference in a child’s life, consider volunteering just one hour a week. If you are interested in obtaining more information contact Susan Parker at [email protected]. Recruiting will begin in August/September for the next school year.
