The house band (host) for the December meeting of the Rock and Roll Martini Group was Bob and Nancy Tastle. It was certainly a Rock and Roll celebration of Christmas! The Tastles rolled out two amazing holiday martinis. The Appletini and Chocolatini were both over the top. Bob served as bartender and hand-mixed Chocolatinis for all those attending. The appetizers were also both festive and delicious. The house band gets to pick the music, and Bob and Nancy rolled out some rockin’ Christmas music. Nancy Tastle also had two games for all the rockers (members) to try. Her first game was guessing six different bacon flavors that they personally smoked and prepared for the group. Dee Sico won the contest, guessing the most bacon flavors. Who doesn’t like bacon? The other contest was how many Hershey Kisses were in a glass container. Tricia Moore won by guessing the closest number to 136. The evening was again filled with flowing martinis, Christmas appetizers and friendship. Until next month, rock on!
