Nancy Tastle
The party was held on Oct. 10 in the ballroom with a gathering of 100 people. The decorations were fabulous, with a huge birthday cake in the center of the ballroom and 150 balloons on the tables and around the room. The evening began with a champagne toast given by Bob Tastle, our emcee. We enjoyed upscale hors d’oeuvres, a cheese and fruit charcuterie, and a delicious birthday cake with a photo of our logo on the top. The photo booth was an added fun touch for memories. There was a ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s trivia contest with mind-teaser prizes. Several individuals shared a funny story of their life experiences. There were funny aging jokes and great music. A special thank you to the Organizing, Planning, and Decorating Committee of Nancy Tastle, Gayle Lee, Kathy Cather, and Bert Zeitlin. We will give the decorations to anyone born in 1951 who would like to carry the 75 party to 2026.
