Lagniappe Productions is a professional production company with over 34 years of experience and literally tens of thousands of shows. They specialize in 1880s Wild West entertainment, and they’ve branded their wacky western style of comedy entertainment “Where Historical Meets Hysterical®” and after a few hours of laughter and fun you’ll agree.
This show entitled Missed Fortune has a cast of characters including Marshall Jim Courtright, Greedy Granbury Green, Dusty Muddwater, Tatyana, Clarice Green and Mortimer Morton. The town’s bigshot banker, Greedy Granbury Green, has been bumped off, and Marshall Courtright may need a crystal ball to figure out who’s done it. All predications indicate chaos and laughter in the immediate future as you help the Marshall read the signs and solve the crime.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the buffet will open at 6:00 p.m. (BBQ sausage, au gratin potatoes, vegetable, pineapple upside down cake, iced tea and water). If you need a vegetarian or gluten-free meal, please let the activities coordinator know when purchasing your ticket. As always there will also be a cash bar. The show will start at 7:00, so sit back and enjoy this 90-minute production and help solve the murder.
Seating will be limited to the first one hundred, so get your friends together or come make new friends. You’ll be able to purchase your tickets 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the activities coordinator’s office starting Monday, June 1 and continuing Monday-Friday. The deadline to get your tickets will be Monday, June 22. Contact Althea Parent at 940-246-1002 if you have questions.
