Apple Craisins® Salad
Salad
1 bag spinach
1 pkg. dried Craisins or combination cranberries
1 bunch romaine
Cashews (to taste)
3 red apples
Dice apple with skins on. Mix together rest of ingredients. Add dressing to amount you want to serve.
Dressing
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. mustard
1-1/2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. oil
Blend well and chill for later use. (Wait two hours or less before putting on the dressing as the greens get soggy.)
