A Night to Remember at the Singles Club Oktoberfest Celebration

Char Niemi

The Singles Club’s Oktoberfest party brought together both friends and new faces for an evening filled with German-inspired festivity and laughter. Oktoberfest is a time-honored tradition known for its lively music, fun dances, tasty treats, and memorable keepsakes. This year’s event delivered a dynamic atmosphere that transported our guests to the heart of Bavaria where everyone could celebrate, mingle, and make lasting memories

No Oktoberfest celebration is complete without the iconic beer stein or mug. Several Singles members opted in to the special souvenir mug, designed to commemorate the night and serve as a lasting reminder of the fun times shared.

DJ Frankie J kept the energy high all night, spinning a lively mix of Oktoberfest classics, pop hits, and dance floor favorites. One of the highlights was the crowd-favorite Chicken Dance. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just joining in for laughs, the Chicken Dance brings everyone together for a little silliness. Face it, it’s fun to be a little silly once in a while.

Beyond dancing and drinks, the Singles Club Oktoberfest party featured festive blue and white decorations (the colors of Bavaria) and hearty, Bavarian-inspired food, starting with warm pretzel bites served with mustard and cheese sauce and moving on to brats with sauerkraut and potato salad and ending with an apple strudel-inspired crisp. Several attendees dressed in colorful dirndls or wore aprons depicting dirndls and lederhosen. There were plenty of photo opportunities with their souvenir mugs.

The Singles Club Oktoberfest party was more than just a night out—it was an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and create joyful memories. Let’s all embrace the spirit of Oktoberfest and welcome the fall season. Raise your mug and shout “Prost!” (Cheers).
