With the Super Bowl scheduled for Feb. 11, Voices United celebrated in our own way with our very own Souper Bowl Party on Feb. 8! Fourteen Voices United members joined together to celebrate football, and sports in general, with a fun gathering. Social Committee members provided chili and two kinds of soup with all the fixings, and select participants provided plenty of dessert!
The members who attended all arrived in their favorite sports jersey or t-shirt. We spotted a few World Champion Texas Rangers t-shirts in the crowd! The participants also split into three teams to enjoy a rousing game of fun and easy NFL Trivia, including a few questions specific to the Super Bowl participants, the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers!
A great time was had by all who attended, and we had many requests for the recipes for the soups, chili, and desserts!
Voices United is a non-partisan group of Robson Ranch women who share progressive values, perform community outreach, provide civic awareness and social contact for members, and have a good time! We’re a 501(c)(3) group. Our annual dues are $20.
