Mark your calendars for the annual Alzheimer’s Golf Tournament on June 14 with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Entry forms will be available in the Pro Shop around May 15. We would love for everyone to wear purple (Alzheimer’s color) to show your support!

This year we are asking for a minimum of $25 donation per player, and anything more would be greatly appreciated. Sign up individually or with a team. Individuals will be paired after sign-up closes. Please complete the entry form and attach check(s) for all players with the form.

We play for the cause, so no prizes, no overhead, no group lunch afterwards. All monies collected go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association. Play your own ball or do a scramble—it is up to the individual teams. The idea is to go out and have a fun day while supporting the cause. Craig has agreed to give golfers a special green fee of $36, which is paid at the Pro Shop the morning of the tournament.

With everyone’s support, we are hoping to raise $10,000 for this great cause. All checks should be made payable to the Alzheimer’s Association and are fully tax deductible. If you don’t want to play golf but still wish to support the cause, a box for donations will be available in the Pro Shop.

Thank you all for supporting the Alzheimer’s Association.
