Woodworkers’ display window in the CATC
Lorraine Wilson
Oct. 18 brought some unexpected rain, but not even the weather could dampen the enthusiasm of the Robson Ranch Woodworkers at the Women’s Club annual Holiday Market. The Woodworkers’ booths drew steady crowds, and our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who stopped by to admire, touch, and purchase one of our handmade creations. Each piece reflected the care, skill, and pride of our talented members, and customers were genuinely impressed by the quality and craftsmanship on display.
A sincere thank you goes to all the woodworkers who contributed their time and talent to make the many beautiful items for the market. We also extend special appreciation to those who helped with packing, transport, setup, working during the event, and teardown afterward: Fred Ahrens, Allen Ajimura, Jack Ackerman, Mike Brown, Michelle Crissey, Kathy Dial, Tammy Gaither, Bob Grames, Greg Hennings, Frank Hunter, Hutch Hutchins, Julianne Huzarevich, Mike Inderhees, Greg Kohn, Larry Milligan, Jake Mackie, Joni and Randy Mattiessen, Teresa McGill, Dave Popejoy, Pat Reese, Mike Riewe, Maria Rudolph, Judy Rosensteel, Sue Wells, and Lorraine Wilson.
To everyone who gave their time, energy, and creativity—thank you. Your enthusiasm and teamwork continue to make the Holiday Market one of the highlights of our year.
Our woodworkers were so productive preparing for the market that our display window in the CATC building is now filled to capacity! If you’re looking for unique, handmade, wooden items, stop by and see the many beautiful pieces on display. There’s sure to be something perfect for a family member, friend, or neighbor. One of the display windows features drastically reduced priced items, and the other two windows are at 30% off, so be sure to check out the great deal—just in time for the holidays!
The CATC is open daily, and the woodshop is typically open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and occasionally on Sundays. Even if the woodshop door is locked, just ring the doorbell to get the attention of a woodworker inside. For current hours and additional information, visit our website at rrww.club.
