The annual Christmas and Holiday Toy Drive this year was the best so far. Many chipped in with special dolls, doll clothes, wood beds, and bedding. Also, residents came to see the 25 sports cars on display and brought toys with them. Two pickup truck beds were filled. Next, the toys go to the Texas State Guard for distribution to many children.
Following are those who made the dolls and doll clothes and accessories special: Show and Tell Group, Minding My P’s and Q’s Group, and Cal Mullins who built the wood doll beds.
Special thanks to Car Club officers Paul Wawak and Dave Platten and all the club members who brought their beautiful cars.
