The Drone Club general session meeting was held on June 24 at the Creative Arts and Technology Center (CATC) in Room 104. Board officers Steve Simpson and Dennis Brooks spoke on the central message topic of “Safe/Legal Drone Flying at Robson Ranch.”
Attendees were informed about the following agenda topics: Purpose, Budget, Hardware, FAA, Airspace, Certification, and Mentor. On hand were various DJI drones for review and recommendations.
This meeting was open to anyone at Robson Ranch who has a drone or is interested in purchasing one.
