Monday, Decemberv15, was a festive day for the Robson Ranch Garden Club. Over 30 members met at the Grill for our annual Christmas lunch. We are always grateful to the Grill management and staff for their delicious food and wonderful service. The club president, Janie Cindric, made lovely white poinsettia pins for each attendee, and along with friendly conversation ideas were suggested for future programs. There are many wonderful ideas and too few months! At the conclusion of our time together, two lucky members were the recipients of beautiful red poinsettias. Our January meeting will be Monday, the 17th, in The Lone Star Room at 10:30 a.m. Members will be sent emails as a reminder and with the program topic. Others interested in the club can follow us through the HOA activities update or call our vice president, Barbara Anderson, at 240-239-6504 for information. As our gardens sleep, we are given the opportunity to dream of color and texture and fragrance and to rest our bodies so that we may encourage that dream into reality in a very few months.
