Kevin Andrews
Hello, I’m Kevin Andrews, currently serving as one of two elected community members of the Robson Ranch Denton HOA. As of April, 2021, I filled the unexpired term of a board member who left the community. I’ve been a resident since 2012. In that time, I’ve been involved in six clubs and served on the Finance Committee for six years, serving two years as chairman. I bring a lot of experience with the HOA into my board role.
Due to effective management and a committed, involved HOA board, our community has prospered! As of our last State of the HOA report, our performance has exceeded financial results despite:
1. The financial impact of the landscape replacement cost associated with the February, 2021, freeze and record high inflation in food, utilities, fuel, and labor.
2. The Wildhorse Golf Course was voted Best Golf Course for the second year in a row.
3. We have increased our HOA reserves, despite inflation or the freeze.
4. Most notably, we have achieved these things without an HOA dues increase in fiscal years 2021 and 2022.
