The Kiwanis Club of Robson Ranch recently announced the selection of Barbara Leurig and Bruce Walker for the 2022-23 Hixon Awards.
The Hixon Award was established in 1983 in honor of George Hixon, the first Kiwanis International President. The award is a way of recognizing members who have contributed significantly to Kiwanis history of service and generosity.
Both Barbara and Bruce are longtime members with a history of service to the community. The Robson Club gave $2,000 to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund in honor of Barbara and Bruce.
