It doesn’t take many Ladies getting together to have a hot time. On July 4 we tried to stay cool while strutting our stuff in the Robson Ranch parade. Marcia Wolf walked the entire parade route and led the way for the beautifully decorated golf cart driven by Cheryl Smith. Our mascot sang Girls Just Wanna Have Fun throughout the parade. The parade was a fabulous event to show our patriotic spirit.
On July 20 the Ladies cooled off at the home of Elizabeth Olson. Elizabeth is the friend you always wanted when you were a kid, a friendly lady with a pool and hot tub in her back yard. Well the Ladies took full advantage of her hospitality and had a swimming, splashing and soaking good time. Elizabeth and Eileen Dasso provided the sandwiches and drinks, and the attendees brought salads and desserts. It was difficult to decide whether to jump in the pool or eat, both ideas were so enticing. We opted for eating first, but as the afternoon went on there seemed to be some ladies eating and some ladies in the pool or hot tub. Then they all seemed to switch activities time and time again. One thing is certain, when we are partying with the hot Ladies, stories and laughter abound.
