Kathy Escamilla makin’ a big splash on the dance floor
The “sand-sational” Dance Club hosts
Palm trees, beach umbrellas, seashells and sand. With the Clubhouse ballroom as our “shore,” the RR Dance Club created the perfect beachy backdrop for its “Life’s a Beach” dance party. We got the fun started on July 14 as party-goers sported their finest beach wear: sundresses, flowered shirts, straw hats and colorful tops and shorts.
The evening was filled with dancing, fun and lots of great door prizes. DJ Joel Morris kept everyone on the dance floor with non-stop music playing hits from the 50s, 60s and 70s mixed with plenty of dance floor packed line dancing.
To top off the evening there were fantastic door prizes generously donated by our wonderful sponsors: delicious cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes, blooming basket from Meador Nursery, Pretty in Pink Purse with bottle of wine and seaweed wrap from Institute of Body Studies, Burger Basket with essentials for DIY beach burgers and gift certificate from RG Burgers, and dance instructions from Henry Evans.
