The Robson Ranch Music Club is “merrily rolling along” from one exciting event to the next. The choir started rehearsals on Sept. 9 for their upcoming concerts. They welcome four new members: Debbie Derverich, Kate Woods, Michele Kehrwald, and Kit Baulsch to this gleefully adept group of singers. Their first concert is the annual Veterans Day Concert on Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Treat yourself to this wonderful tribute to our veterans still with us and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. This concert promises to bring a tear to the eye, fill your chest with pride, and have you walking out two inches taller. Make sure you get this on your calendar. Just a few weeks later, the choir performs “Christmas at the Ranch” on Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 22 at 4 p.m. Enjoy your favorite songs of this joyous season, plus new melodies sure to become your new favorite. Every song is guaranteed to warm the cockles of your heart. The club also has many fun and exciting events in the coming months. Get your costume ready for the annual Scaryoke Dance on Oct. 25. Be ready to have a frightfully fun time at this annual Robson favorite. Come show off your costume, voice, and dance moves, all while having a ghastly good time!
Two weeks later, on Nov. 16, join us in welcoming Kelsey Rae/2b1 back to the Ranch and her home state. This edgy, energetic group will surely get you moving and grooving. To end the year, the Music Club is extremely excited to host the New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31. For your entertainment and dancing pleasure, we are bringing a crowd favorite back to the Ranch. The K. Ellingson Group performs jazz, pop, blues, country, and swing music to entertain their audiences around the world! For your dining experience, the menu will include salad with balsamic vinaigrette, dinner rolls and butter, London broil, green beans with caramelized onions, garlic mashed potatoes, chocolate lava cake, and a glass of Opera Prima Sparkling Brut to toast. Water, tea, and coffee are also included. This great evening celebrating with friends, neighbors, and family is at the low cost of $85 per person. Bring in the new year just minutes and steps from your front door! Who could ask for more?!
