The March Photo Club Workshop was held on March 5 in Room 104 (Bluebonnet) at the Creative Arts and Technology Center. We had a good turnout of club members, as well as a new member who joined at the Workshop.

The central topic was Image Composition. Of all the elements that go into taking a good photograph, composition is the one that captures the viewer’s eye and generates an interesting emotional response. It is a lot more than the rule of thirds.

A 50-minute video that explored the subject in depth and provided food for thought was viewed by all. There was good interaction at the end of the meeting, with attendees commenting on the video and asking if there were more videos of this type they can view in the future.
