The Robson Ranch Photography Club presented a workshop on Sept. 3 in the Creative Arts and Technology Center (CATC), Room 104 (Blue Bonnet), at 7 p.m. Board VP Steve Simpson presented on “Digital Camera and Smartphone Technology for 2025.” Steve is an active member of the Robson Ranch Photography Club, as well as the president of the Technology Club.
During the workshop, Steve discussed some of the most recent advancements in both digital camera and smartphone technologies. Not only have these advancements made for improved quality of the photos we take, but many times also for the increased ease of capturing these images. Additionally, the convenient small form factor of smartphones makes it much more likely that you will always have a camera ready to catch those spontaneous photo opportunities. Experienced photographers are often asked, “What is the best camera?” The answer is always, “The one that you have with you!”
This workshop was open to all Robson Ranch residents.
