Maureen Lehrer

Ron and Maureen Lehrer of Callaway Court recently attended the NFL Hall of Fame (HOF) induction of the “Class of 2015” in Canton, OH who received their gold jackets and their bronze busts, which are now placed in the HOF.

Ron and Maureen are originally from Minnesota, and Ron has been a Viking Fan since their inception in the 60s. Mick Tingelhoff, Center for the Vikings for 17 years, was inducted for his exceptional skills on the football field. Ron couldn’t miss the opportunity to meet him and many other famous players from the Vikings and other teams.

There were over 100 past Hall of Fame Inductees in attendance. A favorite souvenir is a football autographed by all of the class except Junior Seau, deceased. Three quarters of the fans were there for the induction of Jerome Bettis “The Bus” from The Pittsburgh Steelers. The event was a wonderful experience for thousands of football fans; and the Vikings won the Hall of Fame game over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Lehrer’s enjoyed the four-day event very much and the new friends they made.
