Road Runners believe in the Magic of Christmas.

Lights, music, food – what more could the 52 Road Runner members want as they braved the coldest day of the year aboard their toasty comfortable coach! Arriving at the Gaylord Resort, the group marveled at the beautiful decorations, festive shops, magnificent trees and whimsical scenes around the resort. We were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner and enjoyed the fellowship of our dinner companions.
Upon arriving at picturesque downtown Grapevine we enjoyed the multitude of lights and decorations in all of the shops. With a little time to spare we ambled along the shopping area and even saw some snow bubbles drifting from the lovely parks and nativity scenes.
Entering the historic Palace Theater in the Art Center we were glad to get warmed up again and ready to sing and tap our feet with the All Star Country Christmas performers. The cast represented the best of the Grand Ole Opry and Branson headliners. We enjoyed music favorites, an amazing performance by Dion Pride, Tim Atwood and a special Christmas review. As we returned to the Ranch we sang along to a Christmas song and were so pleased at the extraordinary evening.
