Robson Ranch Catholic Community Gets Together

Marion Napurano

On Dec. 19, 49 members of the Robson Ranch Catholic Community (RRCC) gathered at the lounge in the Grill for their annual Christmas celebration. Before dinner was served, the members, who were all dressed in their holiday attire, socialized, enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed atmosphere.

President Joan Bridges made a few announcements concerning the upcoming year, which included an invitation to join the RRCC Potluck Group, and about a new faith study group entitled “Forgiven.”

Next, Deacon Ed Posvar said the blessing and tables were released to go to the buffet, which consisted of pork tenderloin with a cherry compote, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. For dessert a wonderful cherry cobbler with whipped cream was served. Deacon Jim Galbraith closed the celebration with a touching prayer, and all were full, both physically and spiritually.

From the Robson Ranch Catholic Community to all, we wish you a happy and blessed 2024 and invite you to come to one of our gatherings to see what the Robson Ranch Catholic Community is all about. Our next gathering will be on Jan. 9 at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse. Our speaker Dr. Juanee Surprise will be speaking on “Food and Drink,” what does the Bible tell us?
