Mark your calendar for the Robson Ranch HOA Holiday Gala on Saturday, Dec. 7. Cocktail time begins at 5:30 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner music will be provided by the Robson Little Swing’n Band, followed by dancing to the Casita Boys Band at 7:30 p.m.
The event will be held in the Robson Ranch Clubhouse Ballroom. The cost is $85 per person.
The evening’s 3-course plated meal includes:

Cornbread Panzanella—Cornbread Toast Points, Slivered Red Onion, Arugula, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Candied Pistachio, Brie, Champagne Vinaigrette

Beef Wellington—Filet Mignon Wrapped with Spanish Ham, Wild Mushroom Duxelle, Puff Pastry with Candied Carrot Puree, Braised Leeks, Bone Marrow Demi

The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you this special holiday party. A fun photo booth will be available for you and your friends to enjoy. A cash bar will be available with local vendors to try specialty cocktails.
Tickets will go on sale from the Director of Banquets and Events in the Clubhouse starting Nov. 4 from 9 to 11 a.m. Tables will be set for 10 people each.
