Robson Ranch is proud to host the University of North Texas’ celebrated Three O’Clock Lab Band for a live performance on Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the clubhouse ballroom. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.
Part of UNT’s internationally acclaimed Jazz Studies program, the Three O’Clock Lab Band features outstanding student musicians performing a wide range of big band repertoire—from classic swing to cutting-edge contemporary jazz. The ensemble is directed by Grammy-nominated composer and arranger Rich DeRosa, UNT’s Director of Jazz Composition and a leading figure in jazz education. With a career spanning collaborations with legends like Gerry Mulligan and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, DeRosa brings a wealth of experience and artistry to the stage. Ten dollars of each ticket will go directly to the RR UNT Scholarship provided to The College of Music’s best and the brightest musicians.
Tickets are $15 each and go on sale Monday, Sept. 8, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Director of Banquets and Events office in the clubhouse. Cash, check, credit card, and member account are acceptable forms of payment.
