The Robson Ranch Music Club is thankful, indeed, especially in this month of Thanksgiving. We are thankful for an encouraging and supportive community; thankful for our Gold Inner Circle sponsors. We are thankful for the health and well-being of our families; thankful we are able to sponsor events and plan concerts once again; thankful our wonderful group of singers are back in full voice and in rehearsals; thankful we live at Robson where we have caring and inspiring neighbors and friends; and thankful for the gift of music! We are the Music Club, after all. Really, just think what life would be without music. It is just unimaginable! A world nearly in silence—that’s what it would be! It is in the background of everything. It is in your car, every television show, every commercial, on your phone, your videos, and video games. Even in your head at times. It is everywhere! Music is even heard on your walk. Listen how the leaves, the trees, the crickets, tree frogs, birds, and the rest of nature sing their own special song. Music! One of those simple things we take for granted but are truly grateful for.
The Robson Ranch Music Club has had a great year of music and still has a few more events to come. Our Veterans Day Concert on Nov. 11, probably just as this article comes out, is one of the community’s favorites. Then, just a few short weeks after that concert, is our Christmas Concert on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 19 at 4 p.m. We will be singing some of your favorites Christmas hymns and songs to surround you in the spirit of the season. To end the year, the New Year’s Eve Dinner/Dance will be on Dec. 31. Watch the HOA announcements and message board for ticket sales information.
Next year, we will start off with our Singing Valentines. Everyone enjoyed them so much, we decided to again “bring the love” to Robson.
