Robson Ranch residents and music enthusiasts are in for a treat, as the Robson Ranch Music Club proudly presents a concert featuring the renowned pianist, accompanist, composer, and arranger Paul Lees. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, promising an evening of exceptional musical artistry.
Paul Lees is a highly respected figure in the Dallas-Fort Worth music scene, known for his versatility and mastery across various musical genres. His impressive credentials include a Master of Music in Jazz Studies degree from the University of North Texas where he was a member of the prestigious seven-time Grammy-nominated One O’Clock Lab Band.
Lees’ experience is extensive and diverse. He has performed with renowned artists such as Doc Severinsen, Christian McBride, Jimmy Heath, and Sean Jones. His recording credits include collaborations with prominent musicians like David Friesen, Tom Harrell, and Allen Vizzutti. Furthermore, his performance experience reaches across international borders, with concerts performed in Vienna, Prague, Rio de Janeiro, and Ukraine. More recently, he has performed at Carnegie Hall. Locally, Lees is well known as the pianist for Denton Bible Church and the accompanist for the Voices of Flower Mound choir and the Robson Ranch Community Choir.
In addition to his performance career, Lees is a respected educator. He served as a teaching fellow during his time at UNT. He has conducted jazz masterclasses internationally, sharing his expertise with aspiring musicians in Lagos, Nigeria.
The Robson Ranch Music Club is thrilled to bring such a talented musician to the community. This concert offers a unique opportunity for residents to experience the artistry of a true master of the piano. Attendees can expect a diverse program showcasing Lees’ skill as both a performer and arranger.

Tickets for Paul Lees at the Keys will go on sale Monday, June 2, and will be available each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. through June 13. Tickets can also be purchased via PayPal through the club’s website at www.rrmusicclub.com. Tickets are priced at $15 each.
