Tracy Cook
Tracy Cook is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in medical practice in the DFW area. Four years ago, Tracy and her family became residents of Robson Ranch and Tracy started her medical practice Adult Health Services (AHS). Tracy and AHS provided residents with a full range of medical services, including diagnosis and treatment for a variety of diseases as well as prescriptions, flu shots and wellness exams. She made house calls and saw residents in a temporary office in her casita. Robson residents quickly learned to appreciate Tracy’s friendly and professional approach to medicine. They were particularly pleased with the convenience of quality medical care without leaving the Ranch and encountering Denton traffic and crowded waiting rooms. Tracy also became a member of the HOA Living Well Committee; providing twice-monthly blood pressure checks for residents and submitting regular health articles to the Pioneer Press. Today, more than 300 Robson residents are on her client list and many have selected her to be their Primary Care Provider.
Tracy’s interactions with Robson residents confirmed her beliefs that good health for senior adults begins with preventative measures, including wellness exams, labs, weight management, exercise and the importance of nutrition, including not only what you eat, but how it is prepared. She also believes that eating well and looking good can lead directly to a positive attitude and feeling good. She and her AHS associates began to provide nutrition education, weight management and medical aesthetics including Botox, Fillers, Plasma Rich Platelets for the treatment of hair restoration and facial rejuvenation.
To provide her growing number of patients with a full range of medical services, Tracy is opening a new office that will be doing business as Argyle Med Spa and Wellness Center. The office is in the growing Northlake Commons area off Hwy 407 on the southern edge of Harvest Ranch. The AHS professional staff has grown to include two additional nurse practitioners, an RN and two certified aestheticians/laser technicians.
