We had a wonderful evening on Dec. 10 at our annual Holiday Dinner. Fifty-five members and guests participated in a great dinner and good conversations, followed by an interesting game challenging our knowledge of tennis history. The table with the most Ladies League members won easily. Wait until next year!
With the weather turning colder, tennis activity will probably slow down for the near future. Hopefully, we will be back at it soon, as we have a lot of new members coming on board. Dues will remain at $20 per year for 2023. You can drop your check in the mail slot at the Sports Center. Winter drop-in times are as follows:
Mixed: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1 to 3 p.m.
Ladies: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.
Men’s: Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m.
Members, don’t forget that the annual meeting is on Feb. 9 at 5 p.m. at the clubhouse. We will be electing new officers, as well as retiring to the Board Room for the annual “Outgoing President Buys the First Round.”
