No, I’m not talking about basketball. I’m talking about the three subcommittees that operate under the Facilities Committee and at the direction of the HOA Board.
The Facilities Committee focuses on the best way to allocate facility use, encourage a diverse range of activities, and endeavor to facilitate fair and reasonable access for all our homeowners.
The three subcommittees focus on specific amenities and act as a resource and a representative for the residents who use these amenities. The subcommittees are as follows:
* The CATC subcommittee chaired by Linda Vandenbree,
* The Cimarron Sports Center and Pinnacle Fitness Center subcommittee chaired by Janet Tucker, and
* The Clubhouse subcommittee chaired by Catherine Bass.
These subcommittees serve as a conduit between the HOA Board, HOA Operations, and the residents who use these amenities. These committees assist with problem solving, pursuing new ideas, and work with Operations to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
One recent example of collaboration between residents and the Facilities Committee is the recent renovation of the rooms in the CATC to maximize space and increase storage.
